We're a team of seasoned professionals with different specialties, but a shared approach: work together, think ahead, and do what's right for our clients. By combining our expertise, we're able to look at the full picture and not just today's numbers. We stay ahead of what's coming next so you can make confident decisions no matter what comes your way.

We collaborate closely to deliver well-rounded, practical guidance that reflects current economic conditions and the realities of your industry, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Kathleen Wileczek

Kathy Wileczek

Shareholder & CPA

Kathy brings more than 35 years of experience in public accounting, but what truly sets her apart is how she works with clients. She believes the best financial guidance starts with understanding the full picture: not just the numbers, but the people and goals behind them. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

With deep experience across industries including manufacturing, construction, real estate, technology, professional services, and nonprofit organizations, Kathy partners closely with business owners and executive directors to provide thoughtful, practical tax and accounting support that goes beyond one-time filings. Her approach is relationship-driven, proactive, and grounded in helping clients make decisions that actually serve them.

A longtime West Chester resident, Kathy is deeply involved in the local community and supports several organizations throughout Chester County. She currently serves on the board of the West Chester Downtown Foundation and previously served the Chester County Community Foundation, the Chester County Estate Planning Council, and the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce.

Outside the office, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and staying active. And while she may joke that she's "not that interesting," those who know her would respectfully disagree.

Kathy's Tax Tip: "Tax considerations are only part of a financial decision. The best outcome should not be based solely on the tax outcome."

Yvonne Bartlett

Yvonne Bartlett

Shareholder & CPA

Yvonne brings nearly two decades of experience in public accounting and has been part of the UWACPA team for the past 10 years. With a background that spans regional firms across the Midwest and East Coast, she works closely with high-net-worth individuals and nonprofit organizations, providing thoughtful guidance rooted in experience, care, and perspective. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

What Yvonne enjoys most about her work is helping people feel supported, especially when financial decisions feel overwhelming. She believes that sometimes clients don't need more complexity, they need clarity and reassurance. Her steady, compassionate approach helps clients navigate challenges with confidence, knowing they're not facing them alone.

Having seen a wide range of financial situations over the years, Yvonne values proactive communication and encourages clients to connect early, especially before the end of the calendar year, so opportunities aren't missed and surprises can be avoided.

Yvonne is active in the nonprofit community serving on the Board of the Chester County Food Bank (Chair, Vice Chair & Treasurer).

Outside of the office, Yvonne enjoys walking the beach, listening to live music, and spending time with her family. She believes that what matters most isn't always measured in dollars, and that balance shows up in everything she does.

Yvonne's Tax Tip: "Always talk to your CPA before the calendar year closes. We can help determine the tax impact of any financial decisions made during the year - once the year closes, strategies may be limited."

Brandon Schuibbeo

Brandon Schuibbeo

Shareholder & CPA

Brandon joined UWACPA in December 2024 and focuses on federal and state tax planning, compliance, and research for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations. He enjoys the challenge of tax work and the fact that no two situations are ever the same: there's always something new to learn, and a better solution to uncover.

Brandon works closely with clients to guide them through complex tax matters in a way that feels clear, manageable, and thoughtful. He's especially passionate about proactive planning and believes that the best outcomes happen when clients keep their tax professional in the loop early, helping avoid missed opportunities and unnecessary surprises down the road.

At the core of Brandon's approach is trust. He values building long-term relationships and wants every client to feel confident that their finances are being handled with care, expertise, and their best interests in mind.

Outside the office, Brandon enjoys traveling with his wife, Kaeli, spending time with his dog, Ricky, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams. He also enjoys cooking, staying active at the gym, and relaxing with friends and family.

Brandon's Tax Tip: "Inform your tax professional about significant events as soon as possible. You can't go back in time."
